03Billing questions
Yes, from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
We notify you before you get there. Files already stored are never deleted for going over — you just can't upload new ones until you upgrade.
Yes. We email you before each renewal date, so there is time to change the plan or cancel. If you started on an intro offer, the first renewal is the one that moves to the plan price, and that amount is on the page you bought from.
No. Subscriptions are final. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but the year you've already paid isn't refundable and you keep full access until it ends.
